GrowUp needed a well-structured and engaging presentation to onboard new employees, introducing them to the company’s mission, values, and operations. The goal was to create a design that was welcoming, informative, and reflective of GrowUp’s brand identity.

Challenges & Approach:
To ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, I focused on:

• Clear & Friendly Design – Used a warm, approachable layout with GrowUp’s branding to make new employees feel welcomed from the start.

• Structured & Easy-to-Follow Content – Organized slides in a logical flow, covering everything from company values to day-to-day operations.

• Visual Storytelling – Integrated custom graphics, icons, and imagery to make key messages more engaging and digestible.

Outcome:
The final presentation provided a professional yet engaging introduction to GrowUp, helping new employees feel connected to the company’s mission from day one. The design balanced clarity and creativity, ensuring that important information was easy to absorb while reinforcing GrowUp’s brand identity.
