Project Overview

As a certified B-Corporation, GrowUp is required to produce an annual Impact Report showcasing their achievements and future goals. My task was to design a report that was not just informative but visually engaging, ensuring readers of all ages felt inspired to explore the great work GrowUp is doing.

Challenges & Approach:
Impact reports can sometimes feel overwhelming or text-heavy, so I focused on making this one clear, engaging, and accessible by:

  • Custom Layout & Illustrations – Designed a unique layout and hand-drawn illustrations to bring GrowUp’s story to life in a fun, approachable way.

  • Sustainability-First Printing – Sourced a UK-based sustainable printer to ensure the report was printed on recyclable paper with solvent-free ink, aligning with GrowUp’s eco-conscious mission.

  • Reader-Friendly Design – Used a mix of engaging visuals, infographics, and well-structured content to make the report easy to digest while keeping it inspiring.

Outcome:
The final report effectively communicated GrowUp’s positive impact and future vision while remaining true to their sustainable values. Its accessible and visually dynamic design encouraged a wider audience to engage with the content, helping GrowUp reinforce its commitment to making a difference.
